iPhone Lite?

It was reported this morning that Apple, the “hipster” of the computer and tech world, may start selling a toned down “lite” version of the iPhone this summer. The “liter” version will be stripped of GPS, 3G, and photo capabilities, but is rumored to cost around $100. It’s also rumored they are planning to release a souped up version of the iPhone as well, with better resolution, video camera capability, and more memory.
I’m going to bet they do both. Apple is known for their constant redesigns that keep the public attentive and craving more. If only I was cool enough and could afford the cheap iPhone…
