Ken Karpman, Riches to Rags

Ken Karpman is an example of just how bad the economy in America has gotten.
Karpman, a CEO, was making $750k a year and left his job to start his own hedge fund, which failed and he was left jobless and broke. Now he’s trying to make ends meet as a pizza delivery man making $7.29 an hour. A little over dramatic, ay, Ken? Pizza delivery? You can make more an hour babysitting or mowing lawns. I don’t think it takes a Master’s degree to figure that out.
You can see his story on ABC News here.

This is an odd story to me. Seems to me he could have secured a mid-level job or even made more money as a bartender. How can one NOT pay mortgage for two years? Is this phoney story?
it’s gotta take a truckload of humility for this guy to take on that pizza delivery gig
