America's Next Big Craze - the Apple Diet

America's Next Big Craze - the Apple Diet

Steve Jobs, 54, wants everyone to know he’s not dying; he’s just got a hormone imbalance. Apple geeks and stockholders have been freaking out about the Apple CEO’s recent weight loss and the cancellation of his keynote presentation at the annual Macworld Expo in San Francisco this week, causing rumors to circulate that he is at death’s door. To clarify things, Jobs published an open letter to the “Apple Community” on his company’s website today, explaining his health issues and assuring everyone that he has begun treatment and should recover by spring.

In his letter, Jobs states, “I have been losing weight throughout 2008. The reason has been a mystery to me and my doctors… After further testing, my doctors think they have found the cause – a hormone imbalance that has been ‘robbing’ me of the proteins my body needs to be healthy.” He also says that if his health were ever to keep him from fulfilling his duties as CEO, he would be the first to admit it. But luckily, this is not the case. Apple’s share price rocketed in reaction to the news, and that’s good news for everyone.

So an apple a day doesn’t keep the doctor away. But a hormone imbalance can make you lose a lot of weight fast, which has me wondering how I can get my hands on a bunch of hormones.

Wow – awesome, I have been looking for a weight loss plan and thought this one would be great, but after further consideration I am not sure cancer is the best approach.
