Jackson’s Mother Wants/Takes Custody of His Children

Despite earlier reports (including my own) and statements made by the Jackson family, Michael’s mother, Katherine Jackson, will be filing for custody of his children: Prince Michael Joseph Jackson Jr. (12), Paris Michael Katherine Jackson (11), and “Blanket” Prince Michael II (7).
According to the Jackson family, Debbie Rowe, the legal and biological mother of the elder two children has not yet contacted the family about custody.
This news is a bit ironic since Michael’s father Joseph is known to have abused Michael and his siblings when they were children. Michael first admitted this openly on a Barbara Walters special in the early 1990′s, saying his father was a harsh and physical disciplinarian who insisted on perfection, didn’t let him play, and often told Michael he was ugly and had a big nose. Many, like myself, blame Joseph for Michael’s insecurities about his looks, which led to numerous facial reconstructive surgeries, especially involving his nose. Why he would want his own children in the hands of his father – and his mother who clearly didn’t stop the abuse – is a mystery to me.
