Rihanna Speaks out on GMA

Rihanna, who happens to have a new album coming out, is hitting the talk show circuit to talk about her abuse at the hands of ex-boyfriend, rapper Chris Brown.
The pop star told Diane Sawyer there were eight or nine violent incidents with Brown before she finally left him. “It was a wake up call” when she realized not leaving her abuser could influence fans to stay in their own abusive relationships. She had to let them know their safety must come first. “Don’t react off of love. ‘F’ love.”
