Balloon Boy Says “it was for the show”

I’m sure by now that you’ve all heard about Falcon Henne, the boy who was thought to have floated away in a huge weather balloon and then mysteriously disappeared. Well, it would appear that the Henne family got what they wanted…sort of. They got the media’s attention, they got sympathy from families all over the world, they got an interview with Larry King Live. And what did little Falcon say during this interview:
“you guys said we did this for the show”.
His Mother and Father immediately brush over the comment and try to redirect the line of questioning with tangential crap. Not to be deterred, Larry asks about the comment again. Watch the video here.
Wonder what the penalty is these days for the family that cried wolf?
