Jordan Sues Grocery Store

Well, actually the world famous ex-NBA star Michael Jordan is suing 2 grocery stores in the Chicago area.
Jordan is seeking $5 million from each grocery store for false endorsement, consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices and unfair competition. Dominicks Finer Foods and Jewel Food Stores are accused of using the athletes identity without permission in ads published in a commemorative Sports Illustrated issue, “Jordan: A Hall of Fame Career.”
