Oasis Gives Noel The Boot

You may have heard that the band Oasis called it quits. Well, that is only partially true.
According to brother Liam Gallagher, he and the remaining members of Oasis (everyone but Noel Gallagher) will be forming a new band. Guitarist Gem Archer, bassist Andy Bell and drummer Chris Sharrock are currently working with Liam on new material.
I think that most fans already know that Liam is the heart and soul of the band and that his brother Noel was just a hack front-man. According to Liam:
“To be quite honest, I think Noel wanted out,” Liam said. “We had an argument — but we’ve had bigger ones, about more important people. Basically, I think he wanted out, wanted something different, but he hadn’t got the bollocks to tell the band or the fans.”
