Drew Brees, One Helluva Game

Drew Brees chose the New Orleans Saints in 2006 and his decision has now paid off. The Saints were victorious in last nights Super Bowl XLIV and Brees gave us a MVP performance the whole game through.
In the pre-game buzz all attention seemed to be focused on Indy’s Peyton Manning but even the great Peyton couldn’t match Brees stats this game. Brees finished the night 32-of-39 with 288 yards and two touchdowns and was named the game’s most valuable player. The 32 completions tied Tom Brady’s Super Bowl record. At the end of the game all eyes had shifted to Drew.
Sorry Indy…better luck next year.
