According to the latest report from the Human Rights Ministry, 85,694 people have been killed between 2004 and 2008.  That number ONLY counts:  Iraqi civilians, military and police.  It does NOT count:  U.S. military deaths, insurgents, foreigners, contractors or U.S. forces.
