Penn. Senator Arlen Spector Switches Political Parties

In a major political move today, Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter has announced he will switch parties and run for reelection in November 2010 as a Democrat, pretty much following politician’s reputations as scheming, lying sleezebags.  The decision could huge effects on the Senate, because if re-elected, Specter becomes the 59th Democrat.  Which is just one Dem shy of [...]
